| Saxi Typ A Design classics in the original configuration General description Type A is a classical folding door that has been manufactured since 1949. The door is fitted in a range of applications from Bruno Mathsson homes to nursery schools and parishes all over Sweden. Type-A is available in a variety of designs and sizes, all according to preference. Design Saxi-Type A consists of a sliding steel mechanism on which three layers of vertical slats of pine are built into a frame. In the upper part of the frame there are custom-designed carriages that run freely in ceiling rails. The folding door can be adapted to suit an existing frame, where we also take into account rebates, which means you can replace a conventional door without cutting into the frame. The model is also available as a double door design.
